Crock Pot: I've got two! Got a 5qt one and bought a little red 2qt one at Walmart for $10 that comes in great for dips and side dishes. *If you don't own one, GO BUY ONE! It will change your life.
Immersion Blender: I use this for so many things! The attachments for this thing are amazing...small food processor, measuring cup for liquifying, whisk for whipped cream!
Ginsu Knives: Ever try to cut a potato with a crappy knife?! So dangerous and completely unsuccessful. I got a set of Ginsu knives 3 years ago I have yet to sharpen.
Food Processor: So excited to unwrap my Cuisinart food processor from my mother in law for Christmas about 5 years ago! It's bulky so I keep it hidden away with all its parts. My favorite thing to do with it is shred a big block of cheese...lol. It probably takes about 3-5 minutes to shred cheese using a regular grater. With a food processor it takes under one minute, with time to chop it into four smaller chunks included. Good for fresh salsa, hummus and anything you want to chop coarsely into chunks or puree the shit out of. Not often used for baking.
Blow Torch: The only tool in my kitchen my husband is jealous of. It's just kinda cool to make things look like they've been freshly roasted over a fire....like S'mores Cupcakes!
Panini Grill: I use this thing in the dead of winter when I want grilled chicken but my grill is covered by a foot of snow. Makes some serious grilled cheese too
